This apartment was fully renovated from its original dingy and unwelcoming condition to create a bright and peaceful retreat.
The kitchen was opened up on both ends to create a unified space with the living and dining areas. The firm equipped the kitchen with new appliances, quartz counters, a glass backsplash and cabinets with thermofoil doors.
The firm created a vanity space in the bathroom, and the bedroom was equipped with a new closet. In addition, a built-in bookcase and desk around the window was built. The renovations resulted in a 30% increase in value.
